Jan Duncan’s contributions to new amenities at R Park were recognized by Roeland Park Monday night when the city council approved a proclamation honoring him specifically for his most recent help in donating more than $17,000 in labor, piping, ditch excavation, concrete pad and installation for a new drinking fountain at the park. Duncan owns Synergy Construction.
